For some organizations, a Mission Statement is something framed on a boardroom wall.  For the USGBC South Florida Chapter, our Mission Statement -- to raise awareness of the environmental, economic and health impacts of green buildings -- is a reference point against which we must constantly measure our performance.

SWS currently recycles up to 90% of the materials we receive.  Such construction and demolition materials are gathered through our own collection processes, as well as via materials brought to us by independent haulers, homeowners, business owners, and private and public haulers.

SWS's goal is to transition recyclable industrial materials into usable products.  This specialized recycling returns useful material to the economy and saves valuable landfill space.  Clients of SWS join in our ecologically safe and responsible recycling solutions.  We pride ourselves in solving your recycling challenges and meeting your LEED requirements.
